Important Notes about the needs for your logo

Your firm’s logo is an important branding element. It is important that a new logo addresses the following concerns and needs.

  • It must be unique so that it is recognizable to the public. It should not look the same as other companies.
  • It should accommodate partner changes at the firm without sacrificing the recognizable uniqueness. If you add or remove a partner, the logo can still have the same look and feel to it.
  • A symbol can be quite useful for meeting the objectives because it can remain the same (with possibly adding or removing an Initial) throughout partner changes.
  • The symbol can also be used in other branding ways such as a icon for phones and social media.
  • The lettering should edify and uplift the firm’s image.
  • Your tagline “Exclusively Representing Employers” should not be part of the logo. The tagline can be added to your branding separate and can be redundant if it is also on your logo.
  • It is helpful if the Lettering and Icon can be stacked vertically for other alternate usage.

When reviewing and choosing from the logo options below, remember the lettering font styles can be matched to the various icons.
