Roxana Verano

Roxana is a partner with Landegger, Verano & Davis, a California Employment Law Firm. She earned her J.D. in 1995 at Pepperdine University School of Law and was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996. A twenty-year veteran of employment law, Roxana knows that happy employees do not need unions to protect them. She enjoys working closely with employers to help them run efficient, union-free businesses with satisfied employees. On a daily basis, she counsels and trains clients in employment law so they can remain in compliance and avoid legal problems from arising.

A Reversal of Fortunes

Roxana, a partner at LBLG, obtained a significant, although rare, victory for our client, Weiss Family Properties, LLC. A former Weiss Properties employee filed a lawsuit alleging claims for disability discrimination and various wage and hour violations. After enduring a second day of grueling deposition testimony, the former employee dismissed her action on the eve of trial.
